The NANO unit is designed as a single point switch. It is ideal for replacing mechanical float level switches whilst offering far more benefits and greater reliability.
Pressure Parts:
Type 801 Probe, rating 150 bar @ 340°C, requires Insert Assembly
Type 701.
Type 802 Probe, rating 207 bar @ 370°C, requires Insert Assembly
Type 702.
Versions of the above Probes with non-wetting PTFE insulators are
available for low and high water conductivity. Rating 50 bar @ 220
°C.
Electronic Unit Specification:
Enclosure: Wall mounted glass-fibre reinforced polyester. Protection
IP65/NEMA 4X.
Dims: 190H x 150W x 75D.
Inputs:
Discrimination between water and steam for a single channel. Switching threshold selected for water conductivities of
0.5, 1 or 2mS/cm.
Outputs:
Selection for Relays energised in the Safe plant condition. Two pole
changeover relay. Single pole Changeover contact for
System Fault. A time delay of 0,2,4, or 6 seconds is available. Relay switch off function 0-63 seconds.
Contact Rating: Max Voltage - 250Vac, 220Vdc
Max Current - 8Amps
Load Switching - 240W / 2000 VA.
Display: LED indication on channel with flashing indication of fault.
