Water Column Accessories
Levelstate Systems manufacture all its water columns onsite in England.
All weld procedures are 3rd party witnessed by Royal & Sun Alliance
(formerly British Engine). All stages of manufacture from tackup to
pressure testing is overseen by RSA.
Probe Guards
Stainless
Steel Probe Guards are supplied as standard with all Water
Columns. They are designed to protect the Probes from
accidental and weather damage

Seat Cutting Tool
Manually operated seat cutting tools are available for reseating
water columns. Available for 501 and 503 columns
|

Water Column Blanking Plugs
Blanking Plugs are fitted into each port of the water column to
avoid damage to the Probes during blowdown of the water
column.
They can also be used to protect the water column from contamination
during periods when the boilers are offline.

Probe Simulator
The Probe Simulator is used to test the operation of the Electronic Unit.
It
simulates the switching of each probe from steam to water and water to steam. Very useful in testing alarm, trip and fault outputs.

Probe Cables
Hi temperature PTFE insulated multi-core, pure Nickel probe
cable. These are available in 4 metre lengths as standard.
However custom length cables can be supplied upto 30 metres.
